
How I led a strategic response to Apple’s latest aesthetic to ensure premium design didn't break functional inclusivity. My objective was to define a strategy that adopted this premium visual language without compromising functional affordance or accessibility compliance for a diverse, global user base.

Led accessibility and UX modernization for a foundational enterprise Accounts Overview experience spanning six platforms. Drove WCAG-aligned, system-level design decisions that reduced compliance risk, improved usability for assistive technology users, and established scalable accessibility patterns adopted across the organization.

Identified accessibility and design inconsistencies in a high-traffic enterprise chat surface, then standardized interactions and aligned to WCAG 2.2/Helix Design System, resulting in a scalable, compliant experience released to all users.

Designed an anonymous peer-to-peer support platform helping college students navigate mental health, guidance, and community challenges.
